What types of information does RKG collect?

We only collect information from you on a voluntary basis. When registering for our Games, you create an online profile which includes your name, gender, and zip code. If you wish to purchase “Pro” versions of our games you will additionally need to submit your billing address, billing phone number, and credit card number, either through our site or one of our partner sites, such as PayPal. You will have voluntary opportunities to share other data about you in forum posts, chat rooms, and comments sections but you are not required to do so in order to play our games and use our service. To utilize all of the services of our websites (including our customer Support Forums), we may ask you to register with a unique username and password combination. For purposes of registration, we may collect identifiable information about you such as your name, email address, and demographic information such as age, gender and zip code. During gameplay or while visiting our websites, we also may collect your IP address, browser type, domain name, access times and referring website address. Some of our games work in conjunction with other social networking websites. When you invite new members to join you in playing games, either through Live mode or challenge mode, we may collect information, including email addresses and content of those invitees, on our servers. Additionally, we may use other publicly available data sources including blogs, websites, instant messaging applications, and your usage of our games to supplement data in your profile.

On our websites and in our games, we collect your internet protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, computer platform/operating system, browser language, referring Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”), the destination which you visit after leaving us (the “exit page”) and URLs, other browser history, , your click activity and frequency, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed (including the order of those pages viewed), the amount of time spent on particular pages and/or in a specific game. This information is “stamped” with the date and time it occurred. We use this information to improve our games and provide a better gameplay and web browsing experience.

What is RKG’s Policy on Spam?

We do not send Spam (unsolicited email) or sell email addresses to third parties. So that we can provide you with the best possible user experience, we will always verify any email sign ups with a follow up email. This process is called double opt-in and is designed to prevent unauthorized parties from submitting your email address without your permission.

How does RKG Use the information it collects?
